SkillProfile is currently integrated with a specially curated list of skills from the EMSI taxonomy. We select from that list and organize the skills into our 4 categories:

Knowledge: Information you know or expertise you have gained through practice

Skills: Things you know how to do or have practiced

Attitudes: Behaviors and ways of approaching situations

Competencies: Complex combinations of the above attributes usually aligned to a particular job. Also where certifications or professional training lives.
