First you need to download the app from either the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).
Signup or login with an email address or Google/Apple/Facebook account
Click "Create A Profile"
Name your profile something you will recognize. Your profile name will be shown to the people from whom you request feedback. - Click on the Picture to add a picture from your device to identify this profile. This picture will also be shown to people who are providing feedback.
Swipe to switch between Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Competency categories and select attributes from the dropdown. To add your own attributes click the + icon to the right, add in your attribute and click the > to save it.
Once you are complete, click the "Request Feedback" button to save your profile and send the feedback requests to your friends, contacts or colleagues.
To Edit an existing profile, click the top right corner of the profile's tile on the Home Page or while in the edit, click on the tab that corresponds to that profile.
