No.
There is no requirement that your friends or contacts sign-up for SkillProfile® to be able to respond. If they are already a user of the app then the app will send them a notification on their phone that they have a feedback request and they can respond from within the app.
If they are not a user of SkillProfile then they will be directed to a web page for your profile to provide their feedback. Their feedback is always anonymous and we will never use or share their contact information outside of the request.
